Per meal

RM12–18 per meal, set by each caterer. Staff never pay a delivery fee.

Service fee and delivery

The office pays a service fee of RM2 per meal, charged to the office, delivery included. It covers delivery, ordering, batching and invoicing, and sits on the same monthly invoice as the meals. Staff pay no delivery fee.

Allowance

You choose the daily amount per person. RM15 covers most dishes on the menu. If a dish costs more than the allowance, the employee pays the difference, or you turn top-ups off and they only see dishes within budget.

Minimum

10 orders per day per drop point.

Billing

One invoice per office per month, payable by FPX.

Pilot week

One paid week before you commit: five working days at normal meal prices, one invoice at the end of the week, and no contract after it.
