For caterers
Cook to a count you know by 10:30 am
Makan Hour has no kitchen. Every meal comes from a partner caterer in Bangsar South. You get one confirmed batch a day, labels printed per person, and one handover point.
What you get
A caterer view in the same app: the provisional count during the morning, the confirmed batch at cutoff, label printing, and a button to tell offices if a drop is running late.
What it costs you
A commission of 15% on the meals you sell through Makan Hour. The delivery apps take about 30%. No listing fee, no monthly fee.
What we ask
A JAKIM halal certificate we can keep on file, or a "not certified" label on your dishes. For every food handler, a food handler course certificate and a typhoid vaccination, plus your council premises licence. Food packed and ready for pickup at a fixed time each day.
